Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States. We can't ship to P.O. boxes, because every order needs a signature at delivery.
Shipping options
- Standard shipping: free on every order.
- Express 2-day: $35.
Every package needs an adult signature at delivery. If no one is home, the carrier will leave a notice and try again.
When your order ships
- In-stock pieces (diamond studs, solitaire necklaces, tennis bracelets, and gold hoops) usually ship within 1 to 3 business days.
- Name necklaces are made to order. We'll email you an estimated ship date within 1 business day of your order. Express shipping shortens the time in transit, not the time it takes to make your piece.
We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Problems with delivery
If your package shows as delivered but you didn't receive it, or it arrives damaged, email tozijewelry@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
